In October 2016 an Isle Of White based Aerospace Company took delivery of there 2nd 5-axis Jobs Speeder Machine. This order was secured by DMT after the successful installation and production integration of the 1st machine.
The completion of this prestigious installation at one of the Southwests leading car body panel manufactures gives us additional pedigree in the installation and service of complex machine tools. The work was carried out by our service division Dynamic Machine Tool Servicing. The machine has a multitude of advanced features including a Multiple Station Head Changer to facilitate heavy machining and continuous high speed 5 axis surface finishing.
One of Sheffield’s major Fabrication and Machining Company’s has placed an order for a very large Juaristi MX-5 Ram Boring Machine.
The machine is equipped with a comprehensive range of equipment to facilitate the most demanding of machining processes.
In February 2015 one of the UK’s largest Aerospace company’s placed an order for a JOBS SPEEDER machine. The machine has a very advanced specification and will be integrated into an AGV system for the loading and un-loading of parts.

The machine is to be used in the manufacture and refurbishment of moulds and dies used in the production of car panels. Dynamic Machine Tools has secured a repeat order for an Ibarmia Multi Process Machining Centre
from one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of oil field equipment.
Dynamic Machine Tools is pleased to announce its first order for a flat bed lathe from the Italian manufacture MCM.
The machine has a swing dia of 800 mm x 6 metres between centres and a spindle bore of 210 dia.
The lathe is also equipped with “C” axis and driven tools.
Dynamic Machine Tools has just received its first order of 2014. The order came from one of the UK’s largest aerospace companies and was for a large Jobs Speeder 5 axis moving bridge machine.
