Additional Large 5-axis Machine Tool Delivered

In October 2016 an Isle Of White based Aerospace Company took delivery of there 2nd 5-axis Jobs Speeder Machine.  This order was secured by DMT after the successful installation and production integration of the 1st machine.

The completion of this prestigious installation at one of the Southwests leading car body panel manufactures gives us additional pedigree in the installation and service of complex machine tools. The work was carried out by our service division Dynamic Machine Tool Servicing. The machine has a multitude of advanced features including a Multiple Station Head Changer to facilitate heavy machining and continuous high speed 5 axis surface finishing.

UK Premier Car Manufacturer invest in Large Gantry Machine

In January 2015 one of the UK’s most prestigious car manufactures placed an order for a very large JOBS-EVER moving Gantry machine. The machine is to be used in the manufacture and refurbishment of moulds and dies used in the production of car panels. The machine has a multitude of advanced features including a Multiple Station Head Changer to facilitate heavy machining and continuous high speed 5 axis surface finishing.

Dynamic secures first UK order for MCM lathe

Dynamic Machine Tools is pleased to announce its first order for a flat bed lathe from the Italian manufacture MCM.

The machine has a swing dia of 800 mm x 6 metres between centres and a spindle bore of 210 dia.

The lathe is also equipped with “C” axis and driven tools.

A Happy New Year
